  • Where is the store based?

    North Richland Hills, TX

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    At this moment, I am not able to ship out of the US, but will make it possible as soon as I am able!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Due to COVID, there are a few shipping delays. Normally, domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • Can I get a special message on my print?

    Of course! In the "customer message" section, let me know the name you would like to have signed on the print. Make sure to double check the spelling!

    (Please be advised I will not sign or make messages that are inappropriate or are uncomfortable).

  • What if I want a print that is not that isn't here?

    Please feel free to message me with your request for future commissions. Normally if there is a demand for the character I will get it commissioned as soon as I can. Commissions are expensive, so I want to make sure I will get one to where I know there will be plenty of orders.
